With more than 30 years of hands-on experience, Frank has worked with:

  • U.S. and foreign embassies
  • Military facilities and environmental departments 
  • Hospitals and large commercial users
  • Research and emergency response teams 

He’s also an inventor and past patent holder of an emergency drinking water system and has founded two water-related companies that expanded internationally.

Frank has served on the Minnesota State Storm Water Design Committee, the Minnesota Storm Water Steering Committee, and various boards and environmental commissions.
