Shipping Policy
This statement discloses the shipping policy of WaterDistillers.com (Legal entity: Bright Marketing, Inc.)
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are process within 48 business hours M-F. Most items are in stock and ready to ship, however some items may take additional shipping time due to logistics concerns and high demand at the factory.
Water Distiller machines are shipped directly from the factory and orders are shipped in the order received. Some of the larger commercial units require additional time and you will receive a notification after placing the order on the estimated shipping time .
Your order will processed immediately and shipped using a variety of methods, including USPS, UPS, FedEx or other commercial delivery companies. Most orders are delivered within 7 days of the shipping date within the continental USA. In the case of items on back order - the shipping time will be delayed and you will be notified. You always have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.
Allow extra delivery time for orders outside the Continental USA.
Shipping & handling cost can be viewed after adding a product to your shopping cart. For orders outside the continental USA (48 states) this amount is subject to address verification and adjustment when necessary. If the price is higher than listed we will contact you with the actual cost and get your payment before shipping. (Registration is not required in order to obtain the shipping cost.)You will receive an email verification upon successful payment. A shipping notification email may also be sent to you when shipment is made which will include tracking information when applicable. If you enter a shipping address at checkout and we do not deliver there your order will not be able to be processed. You can call us at 612-701-7820 for shipping guidance.
Warranty - Most manufacturers provides a 1-year warranty on defective factory parts. (Damage caused by customer misuse or fuse replacement due to customer's faulty electrical wiring is not covered.) All shipping charges, to and from customer, must be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed. Shipping damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt of package. If item was damaged in shipment, please call us in order to file a claim for reimbursement of the cost of repair or replacement of the item.
