Is this a full distiller system?

No. This product includes the 8 gallon per day distillation head only. A drip bottle or a compatible Durastill storage tank (available in many sizes) is required to complete the system for automatic production.

Can this be run in manual fill mode?

Yes - if you don't want to hook up to a water line for automatic fill you can simply turn off one switch and then this becomes a manual fill distiller that makes distilled water in one gallon batches.

Can I add or change a storage tank later?

Absolutely - this distiller is flexible enough to be used with Durastill tanks or even drip bottles. You an change as you wish.
